Has some faults, as you would expect for something this old, 

the fabric is worn around the edges and a bit ripped on the brim, 

the fabric came off a little bit from under the band ( 3rd photo), 

It is approximately 55 cm (21.6") in diameter on the inside ( head circumference )

It is 14.5 cm (5.7") tall

30.8 cm (12.1") in depth

and 23 cm (9" ) at its widest
