Unfortunately it doesn't have a key

There is some wear on the lacquer and has some age related cracks.

There are some bits of mother pearl missing, around the lock and near the edges. 

The fabric on the inside is worn and torn, and not holding well the writing flaps. -last photos

Possibly missing the hidden drawers and the cover.
