Has nose pads, which places it around 1920's/1930's

Nose pads were only invented in the 1920's

Good condition, with normal age related wear. The arms are a bit out of shape.

The spectacles are 11.6 cm (4.56") at its widest ( front frame)

and the lens with frame are 4.2 cm (1.65") in diameter
