It maybe by IVIMA Glass ( Portugal ) as a replica of 19th Century Glass pieces in the Mid Century

But I'm unsure about its origin

It is 12 cm ( 4.7") tall

It is 7.5 cm ( 3") at its widest diameter

The base is 7 cm (2.75") in diameter
