The stopper has a chip, the base / Pontil has damage and feels very sharp.

There is some staining on the inside, and the decanter lip is not perfect - has a manufacturer fault - All this is shown in the photos.  

Please study these carefully before purchasing.

It is approximately 20.5 cm (8") to the top of the stopper

17 cm ( 6.7") in height without to the stopper

and the base 8 cm ( 3.1") in diameter
