Vintage Portmeirion Magic City Coffee Pot Retro Mid Century 

The handle has a little chip, as shown in the photos. 

The glaze has started to craze, it doesn't have the Portmeirion backstamp, but it is in fact the Magic City pattern by the Portmeirion.
