A1 is the highest quality of silver plate

By William R. Shirtcliffe & Son. The mark on the basket is pre 1921.

In very good used condition. The silver plate is shiny and intact, not worn. It has some surface scratches consistent with previous use.  

There is some old polish residue on the the ornate parts.

It is 24.8 cm x 20.7 cm ( 9.8" x 8.1") 

and approximately 6 cm ( 2.4" )tall without the handle and 18 cm (7") tall with the handle
